Detached traditional part cob cottage with timber vaulted ceilings.

Ground level accommodation (no stairs).  Level garden and parking area.

Full gas central heating, electricity, water and complimentary internet included.

Two bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King-size double. Bedroom 2: Twin beds. The double bedroom has TV, each bedroom has country pine furnishings and En-suite shower rooms with hand basin, wc. (Shallow step into each shower cubicle).

Open plan living with dual aspect natural light. Furnished with two and three seater sofas and country pine dining. Complimented with good quality curtains and accessories. Smart TV, DVD, books, games and cd radio for home entertainment.

Well equipped kitchen including a washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric fan oven, hob, microwave, kettle and other appliances.

Fenced and gated, generous garden with lawn, flower borders and furnished patio with barbecue, ideal for alfresco dining.

Off road parking immediately next to Forester’s Cottage.
Owner’s EV Charger can be used by arrangement.

We regret that this self catering holiday cottage is not suitable for wheelchairs. It is suitable for general walking aids.
